Return and Refund Policy

At Synful Supplements we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books)

  • Gift cards

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at synfulsupplements@gmail.com within 7-10 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

2.4 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 20 days after delivery

4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at synfulsupplements@gmail.com

6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
